How to start a return
Email hello@restmate.co with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is free. Please return the item in usable condition with any included accessories.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email as soon as it's on its way.
1-year warranty
Every RestMate is covered for one year against manufacturing faults. If your band stops working through normal use, we'll repair or replace it.
